Postage and Packaging
Postage and Packaging is charged per order for standard delivery
Items sent to UK addresses will be dispatched within 2 working days. We will notify if there is any delay in dispatch.
Items sent to addresses within the EU will be dispatched within 3 working days. We will notify if there is any delay in dispatch. Can take up to 7 days for delivery
For multiple items shipping will be charged for the most expensive item only
Terms & Conditions Parts
Your product is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 12 months from date of initial purchase.
The Vendors liability and obligation is limited to problems which Vendor acknowledges to be defective under the guarantee conditions either to:-
– the free replacement or repair (where practicable) at the Vendors premises of any parts returned within the guarantee period
– or shipment of replacement parts to the customer, as mutually agreed to
Supply of non standard parts or services from other than Vendor are not covered under the guarantee conditions unless prearranged, in writing, with the Vendor.
Shipment of product to Vendors address is the consumers responsibility and cost.
Guarantee conditions are void for any of the following reasons:-
– Abnormal use of the product
– Accident damage or vandalism
– Modifications or unauthorised repairs to the product or its components
– Where component “seconds” have been supplied
– Normal wear and tear
The Vendor cannot be liable for any damage caused to people or other property during use of the product or as a result of any defect or malfunction of product or components supplied by the Vendor. Use of the product is solely the users responsibility. Other losses such as delays in work, incorrect or misleading information, omissions and errors, the Vendor is not liable for.
This guarantee is expressed in lieu of all other guarantees expressed or implied and all other obligations and liabilities on Vendors part and specifically excluding consequential damage. Vendor makes no guarantee of merchantability or fitness for purpose and is not responsible to any purchaser of its products for any undertaking, representation or guarantee, except those stated in these terms, made by any person, dealer or body corporate selling or dealing with its products in any manner what so ever.
General Terms and Conditions of sale
Supply of goods
If for any reason we are not able to fulfil the order Vendor will offer a replacement or full refund
Returns
Customers must notify within 14 days of receiving their goods if they want to cancel. Customers have another 14 days to return the goods once they have informed us of a return.
Please ensure all returned items are sent in pristine condition in their original packaging within 14 days.
You must take care of the goods whilst in your possession.
A receipt or proof of purchase is needed for all returns and refunds
Please note all unwanted goods are to be returned at the customers cost.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price will be applied to products that are returned outside the return timeline stated above. Note: Restocking fees are not applied when a product is returned due to a defect.
A refund will not be given until the Vendor has inspected the product and if there is any evidence of damage the Vendor reserves the right to return the product or offer a lower purchase price.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK 20% VAT is added.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee.
The product is guaranteed free of defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of manufacture and subject to normal wear and tear.
Suitability of the product for the Buyer’s intended purposes is the responsibility of the Buyer. Liability is limited to the replacement or replacement value of the product.
The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the Purchaser.
- Credit Terms Consumers
Upon placing an order the customer has accepted the conditions as outlined below
Payment on or before the 21st of the month following invoice unless stated otherwise on the invoice. In the case of non payment Vendor reserves the right to add an administration fee of 5% above the BOE base rate to any outstanding invoice(s).
If payment is not made within 20 days of the due date, debts will be passed to our Debt Collection Agency. All fees charged by the Debt Collection Agency will be the responsibility of the consumer.
Once the account is cleared the Directors of Handley Enterprises Ltd will decide if the customer account will be reopened.
- Credit Terms Trade
Upon placing an order the customer has accepted they will adhere to Vendor’s terms of trade as outlined below.
- Payment on or before the 21st of the month following invoice.
- In the case of non payment Vendor reserves the right to add an administration fee of 5% above the BOE base rate to any outstanding invoice(s).
If payment is not made within 20 days of the due date then debts will be passed to our Debt Collection Agency. All fees charged by the Debt Collection Agency will be the responsibility of the Trade Account Holder.
- No goods will be despatched until payment of outstanding and current invoices has been received in full. This includes any Fees arising from our debt collection agency.
The reinstatement of a trade account will be at the discretion of the Directors of Vendor. Trade accounts falling into arrears the following terms of credit will be applied.
- To enable the reinstatement of normal trading terms the next order must be paid in full prior to despatch.
- The trade discount will be reduced by 5%.
Handley Enterprises Ltd will then consider reinstating normal terms at the reduced trade account rate.
If trade accounts are reinstated but fall in arrears again then the following will apply:
- Any further orders must be paid in advance.
- The reduced trade margin will be applied.
Products remain the property of Pasture Meters until Payment is received in Full
